As the kapats of all himalayan chardham shrines are closed (Only Badrinath ji closing on 27 November 2014) for the season, winter chardham yatra is taking place this year, the lords are worshipped at following places respectively; Shri Kedarnath ji at Ukhimath, Shri Badrinath ji at Pandukeshwar, Shri Gangotri ji at Mujhba, and Yamunotri ji at Kharsali.

Day 01 : Delhi - Rishikesh (254 kms/7hrs)
Morning drive back to Rishikesh. Check in Hotel. Later visit Tourism office to register for chardham yatra, vehicle will go for chardham permit to RTO. In evening visit Triveni Ghat for Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay.

Rishikesh, the 'place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of " Hrishikesh " and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh. Temples & Sight Seeing – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Shivananda Ashram, Parmarth Ashram.

Day 02 : Rishikesh - Barkot / Dobata (210kms/7-8hr)
Drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie. Enroute visit Kempty Fall and others later drive straight to your Hotel / Camp for night halt.

Day 03 : Barkot / Dobata - Kharsali - Barkot / Dobata
Drive to Kharsali, After darshan of Maa Yamuna at Shani dev temple at Kharsali, drive back to Barkot / Dobata. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04 : Barkot / Dobata- Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)
Drive to Uttarkashi via Barkot. Check in Hotel, Later visit Vishwanath Temple .Night Halt. Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi.

Day 05 : Uttarkashi - Mukhba - Uttarkashi (100kms/3hr each side)
We proceed to Harsil and then to Dharali, trek approx. 01 km to reach Maa Ganga temple at village Mukhba. After Darshan we return to Uttarkashi. overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 06 : Uttarkashi- Rudraprayag (193kms/8hr)
Early morning, drive to Rudraprayag via Ghansali. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag: It is the confluence of river Mandakini and river Alaknanda. Temples : Rudranath and Chamunda Devi, Koteshwar Temple (3 Kms).

Day 07 : Rudraprayag - Ukhimath - Guptkashi - Rudraprayag
Morning drive to Ukhimath, darshan of lord shiva at Omkareshwar Mahadev temple, later visit Guptkashi to have darshan of lord shiva at Kashi mahadev temple. In evening drive back to Rudraprayag. Night halt.

Day 08 : Rudraprayag - Pandukeshwar (6- 7hr)
Drive to Pandukeshwar via Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Later at evening visit Yog Dhyan Badri Temple for Aarti. Overnight stay.

Day 09 : Pandukeshwar - Rudraprayag
Early morning, drive to Joshimath, visit the temple here. Later drive back to Rudraprayag. Overnight stay.

Day 10 : Rudraprayag - Haridwar (154 kms / 5 - 6hr)
After break fast drive to Haridwar on arrival transfer to your Hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in evening. Back to your hotel, Night halt. Haridwar : Haridwar, lying at the feet of Shiva's hills, i.e., Shivaliks, in the Haridwar district of Uttarakhand,, is a doorway to Chardham Shrines. Suryavanshi prince Bhagirath performed penance here to salvage the souls of his ancestors who had perished due to the curse of sage Kapila. The penance was answered and the river Ganga trickled forth forms Lord Shiva's locks and its bountiful water revived the sixty thousand sons of king Sagara. In the traditional of Bhagirath, devout Hindus stand in the sacred waters here, praying for salvation of their departed elder. It is doorway to the sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna, 3000 to 4500 meters up into the snowy ranges of the central Himalayas . The 'Aarti' worship of the Ganga after sunset and the floating 'dia' (lamp) is a moving ritual.

Temples & Sight Seeing – Har-ki-Pauri, Chandi Devi & Mansa Devi Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple, Bilkeshwar Mahadev, Anandmai Ashram, Pawan Dham, Bhooma Niketan, Vaishno Devi Temple, Doodhadhari Temple & Bharat Mata Mandir. Morning drive back to Rishikesh. Check in Hotel. Later visit local sightseeing of Rishikesh. Overnight stay.

Day 11 : Haridwar - Delhi (230kms/7hr)
Drive back to Delhi . On Arr. Delhi , transfer to Railway Station / Airport. Tour Terminate.

Transport (Day 1 to Day 11), usual air conditioning is on 1st Day from Delhi to Rishikesh, 2nd Day From Rishikesh to Dehradun, 11th Day from Haridwar to Delhi. For rest of the travel AC is switched off in vehicle. AC in entire chardham route would be switched on at extra cost (AC will be switched off during Traffic Jams, Road Blocks, Sight Seeing Halts, Parking, Steep Hills).
Vegetarian Dinner and Breakfast on fixed menu basis (From Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 11).
Accommodation on twin / triple / quad sharing basis (as per your requirement). Please note at Barkot only standard accommodation is provided, as deluxe category hotels are not there at these places.
Sight seeing Mansa Devi Temple Haridwar, Chandi Devi Temple Haridwar, Har-ki-Pauri Haridwar, Vishvnath Temple Uttarkashi, Triveni Ghat Rishikesh are included in the package. Vehicle will go to the nearest available parking of the sight seeing spot. Entrance Fee, Ropeway Charges etc. are not included. All other sight seeing suggestions given in Itinerary are not covered.
